Released in 2003, the Nike Air Zoom Swift Vapor is one of several shoes that year and in the years to come to carry the Vapor name. They feature lightweight open breathable textile with skeletal midfoot support that has an injected external heel counter. In the midsole you get a full length Pylon midsole with caged heel Zoom Air unit and top loaded Zoom Air unit in the forefoot. What you see around the Zoom Air is a Pebax heel cage to protect the Air Sole unit extending into the shank for midfoot rigidity. The outsole features a BRS 1000 heel and rubber/DSP forefoot for traction and cushioning. Overall a solid $110.00 running shoe that you could proudly rock in this “dad-era” of fashion.
