While this version of the Structure Triax isn’t in the same realm as previous models (design wise) it was the most up to date version and thought of as the better performing model (at the time). With that said it was still a nice looking shoe with a good design and although it was much more toned down fit in with other designs of the period. Sure, it probably sold well but did little to excite the average shoe head. You see, it was missing that wow factor or subtle detail that would make them stand out, sort of the way the Air Span or 91 Pegasus (both relatively simple looking shoes) stand out. Anyhow if you’re in the market for a pair today your best bet would be eBay with prices in the 70-170.00 price range depending on size, condition and colorway. Take a trip back to 1996 above!
