Let it be known, DeFY. New York LOVES the Trainer SC II. Hell, we advocated for a retro of this shoe for about 8 years so when the OG colorway’s returned and mostly everything looked good tears were shed. Well, its been nearly 2 years since the retro first came back and we were wondering Nike, when will we see more OG colorway’s? A low perhaps? Check out three colorway’s of the Nike Trainer SC II that need to be retro’d NOW.
Nike Air Trainer SC II 3/4 White/LT NTRL GY-BRTY BL/BLK
This ones a no brainer. These are to the Citron and Infrared Trainer SC II what the Laser Blue AM 90’s are to the Infrared and Spruce AM 90’s. Classic, classy and clean if this colorway doesn’t re-release it would be a huge blunder.
Nike Air Trainer SC II Low White/LT Grey/Black Rad Green

To date there has been no low top versions of the Trainer SC II retro’d. If your going to do it why not do it right? The OG infrared’s were missing those “stripes” (or whatever they were) on the side panels of the shoe but lets hope that if and when a retro of these arrive they give them the “vintage treatment” and put the stripes back on the shoe. The Rad Green leads the pack for low top colorway’s and since as a kid I was denied these (even at the outlet stage back in 1989
Nike Air Trainer SC II Low Black/White
Sometimes black and white colorway’s of the shoes we loved growing up come out looking very bland. With the Trainer SC II its really hard to do that. The black and white colorway of the low is just what the doctor ordered.
