People tend to look at a sneaker with a simple design and assume it’s well, simple. Not so fast. Take the Reebok ACT 600 Tennis shoe from 1985. Visually its nice, clean, relatively simple or so we would assume. What we don’t notice is things like the Eyelets angled at 70 degrees for foot flex, or the forefoot stabilizer, or even the shock absorbing liner. It goes to show that even the “simplest” of designs are well thought out. Check out whats under the hood of the ACT 600 above!
