I know a lot of people look at this picture in awe today, but in 2000 people were up in arms. The unreleased samples of the black/red infrared VI commands a hefty price tag because of the limited availability but had that shoe actually released, collectors during that time would have been PISSED. By now most of us know that the retro from 2000 did not release with the infrared line on the side of the shoe like it did in this picture and for that we are grateful.
