The Adidas Equipment Mercury released back in 2000 and was a training shoe. It retailed at 100.00 USD and looked flat out good. Pairs are not that easy to come by today but prices are still reasonable in the 60-130.00 USD range. They run snug so its best to go a half size up (whatever you wear in a current release air max 90).
