The photo above Ralph Sampson is not wearing his signature sneakers. He is wearing the Puma Sky LX. I have been searching all over for the puma sky lx. I had no luck when I spoke to spokesperson from puma. They did not know the sneaker existed. I wore the sky lx when I played in college in 1986. It was the best performance basketball sneaker in my opinion I ever wore, never mind the best made by Puma. AC Green and Terry Cummings wore the sky lx and many college programs particularly in the ACC and Big East also wore the Sky lx during the mid 80’s. Anyone have an idea how I could locate a pair? Thanks, Matt P.
