As crazy as the possibilities are with Clarks Wallabee I think the goal is to always keep it somewhat simple. David-Z did a good job of balancing that classic feel while spicing it up a little. This is the silver version (also came in a gold). The one issue with these is the black patent leather, it makes it a bit tacky. Sure, I know what your saying, they are gold and silver thats tacky in itself. I can somewhat agree, but I think the patent leather took it over the top. They should have left the entire upper solid as they do on most clarks, or instead of patent leather should have used suede. The gold sold better than did the silver, and both eventually saw a deep discount. If your in the market for these they didn’t make half sizes (or atleast didn’t make half sizes past 11. If your worried about sizing go a half size down on these, if you go a half size up they will be to big. Quality is good on them and comfort as always is very good. Below are pictures from the DeFY.
