Originally released in 1990 the Nike Air Huarache was re-released in early 2000 at 90.00. When I first saw this retro in a local footaction i was delighted to see its return but could not see myself dropping 90 bucks on them. Luckily enough the outlets were flooded with them at 20 dollars a pop. The rest was history, I wore them quite often, they were very comfy, going a half size up is recommended as these run small. Other colorway’s followed (which will be covered at a later time) but the scream green colorway is the most famous for this shoe. Prices have risen significantly for this shoe and your best bet is eBay. I am sure its only a matter of time before Nike brings this shoe back in this classic colorway but since this year would be the 20th anniversary wouldn’t it be nice for Nike to bring it back?
