Brown Shoe Company Bruce Jenner Footwear By Roblee 1978

Most know Bruce Jenner as the Olympic gold medal winning step father of the Kardashian’s, but what most don’t remember is that Bruce Jenner had a very nice line of footwear back in 1978 baring his name (via the Brown Shoe Company, who owns and markets Naturalizer, LifeStride, Via Spiga, Nickels Soft, Connie, (and my child hood favorite) Buster Brown).     I remember driving all around looking for these with Josie’s Grandkids. We hit Pen-Lee Footwear, Bee-Leevy Shoes, Boscov’s, Gee Bee’s, Pomeroy’s/Bon-Ton. That was a long time ago and even back then I thought these shoes were hideous. Nowadays, the kids are wearing this look again, my poor eyes.
