Designed for every day use, The Jordan Eclipse takes cues from some iconic Jordan basketball models; most notably the Jordan III. According to Jordan Brand “the Eclipse tooling along with the iconic Jumpman logo on the heel are drawn directly from the Air Jordan III”.
Unlike traditional footwear design, the low-top features a deconstructed textile upper (allowing for lightweight breathability),
a neoprene tongue (for a moldable fit), low-profile injected midsole that doubles as the outsole and holds an encapsulated Zoom Air component in the heel (for optimal cushioning and support) and a herringbone-pattern outsole for increased traction on a variety of surfaces.
