Reebok has struggled over the years but one things for sure and thats their allegiance to the Hip Hop community. During the earlier part of the Y2K Reebok ran a bunch of ads that featured iconic musicians, artists, and actors. Lots of the musicians featured were amongst Hip Hop’s royalty which is where this ad comes in. Looking back, Queen Latifah had achieved much success by this point but she was just getting warmed up. Talk show’s and clothing lines have only further propelled the legendary artist further into the mainstream but Reebok was there before that. Check out this classic Y2K ad below!
