If you had to interpret the Nike Aqua Sock into a basketball shoe then this would be it. Sleek, lightweight and laceless the Nike Team Supreme is a timeless shoe that today is difficult to come by. They ran snug so sizing was similar to that of a running shoe and prices are fair at around 40-85 USD (anything over that is to much unless (although at the end of the day its up to you how much their worth)). Forego the Timbs and try to track down a pair of these late 90′s gems.
Another gem from Nike’s vault makes a very welcomed return come this December. Although the Nike Air Max Plus has seen continuous releases in Europe and Australia (with the famed Pimento colorway recently releasing in Europe and Asia) the U.S. hasn’t seen much of the legendary running shoe since about 2006. Even longer, the famed Hyper Blue colorway seen above hasn’t seen a release world wide since 2003. Hopefully, when they do release come this December they will correct the midsole to reflect the original design (compare this photo with the above and you will see the difference).
Also in the lineup are two additional colorways below, stay tuned for more info. Via JMADIDAS2001
Following up to a shoe like the first Nike Air Max Plus is hard, very hard. Nike’s designers did the best they could and while the follow up was nice (and would eventually lead to other AM plus’s) it was no where near the masterpiece of the original. Still, if you collect Air Max Plus’s then you’ll definitely want to add the second release to the lineup. Sizing is the same as the first release and luckily for you the prices are around or below what the first generation commands (generally 50-150 depending on size, colorway and of course, condition.) Take a trip back to 2000 above!
Worn by Grant Hill, the Fila Runball was a dope looking shoe with a very sleek design. Nice leather uppers in combination to plastics and nubuck brought to us one of Fila’s nicest releases but long since forgotten. If you’re looking for a pair today your best bet is eBay but be prepared for some sticker shock. A pair up now is selling for 369.99 or best offer. Check out the photo’s above and below then head on over to eBay if you’re ready to buy.

If you BELIEVE that the Believe Flight needs a retro then maybe you’re on to something. After Gary Payton’s GLOVE retro’d, immediately talks of a Zoom GP’s return sprung up and there is no denying this is a take down model of the legendary shoe from Nike. So, with that said if you were looking for a return of the Believe Flight, you’ll probably end up with the Air Zoom GP. Stay tuned and take a trip back above!
