Turbo Grafx 16 & Turbo Express 1989-1993

Back in 1989, if you were in the market for a video game system you had a few choices. One was Nintendo, the other Sega Genesis. The third, was the Turbo Grafx 16, a solid system with a small library of games. Also available, was the Turbo Express a portable system that was technologically above and beyond any hand held system on the market at the time but was very expensive. What was appealing about the Turbo Express was the fact that you didn’t have to purchase a new set of games for it if you already had a Turbo Grafx 16. The Turbo Express also doubled as a portable television (TV adapter was not included with the system). Take a trip back in time with pics and video below.
