Spalding Typhoon Pump Basketball Sneaker 1992
What do Reebok, Nike, L.A. Gear & Spalding all have in common? Thats right, they all had an inflatable shoe. Released in 1992, the Spalding Typhoon not only featured a pump and release button similar to that of the Reebok Pump but also a price point that was a quarter of what some of the other brands were charging. Spalding MVP Walt Clyde Frazier Retro 2010
When most sneaker afficianados hear the name Walt Clyde Frazier they think Puma. What they should also be thinking is Spalding. Back in the 70′s Spalding had a Clyde of their own.
