DeLorean Motor Company of Texas announced its partnership with Epic EV to make an all electric DMC-12 a reality. Specs are to include 260 HP with a max speed of 125mph. Unfortunately for the common folk, this car is expected to retail somewhere in the six figure range, so better start saving now. Via Autoblog.

This Cutty Sark ad from 1981 is classic not only for the fact that its now 30 years old, but for the fact that it features the DeLorean or as a lot of people remember, the car from the back to the future. Although John DeLorean went on to face a host of legal and financial problems him and his car will forever be remembered and credit has to be given to this man for the memories he has left behind.
