True Indeed: The 2016 Nike Air Jordan III True Blue Is Here, Does It Measure Up To The OG?

Ahhhhh, and so it continues folks.  The Bring Back Nike Air Jordan movement is in full swing (you’re welcome) and up next is the True Blue III.  First released in 1988 then retro’d (in this color way) in 2001, 2009 and 2011 all featuring the Jumpman logo on the heel (which of course the originals did not have) and all featured varying levels of quality.  Of course the 2001 release was hands down the best quality retro to date but the 2016 “remastered” retro looks to dethrone them with details closer to the original.  So far for those that have received pairs early there has been complaints of cheap leather used (which at $220 should not happen).  Nike hooked up some loyal buyers with an opportunity to purchase them early directly through Nike but the official release date for those that haven’t been so lucky will be this Friday November 25.
