Born out of a desire to showcase PUMA’s hottest products for Foot Locker consumers while giving them a full brand experience, Puma cut the ribbon on the latest Puma Lab in Philly this past weekend.
The PUMA and Foot Locker partnership started in early 2014 (with the opening of two full PUMA Lab Powered by Foot Locker shop-in-shops in Atlanta, and customized iterations in more than 120 Foot Locker stores across the country) and will continue with a second Philadelphia-area PUMA Lab Powered by Foot Locker (that will open at Foot Locker 38-42 52nd Street) next month followed by a Lab in Miami later this Spring.
“The partnership with Puma provides us with the opportunity to create a unique in-store experience, while showcasing our premium product offerings,” said Jake Jacobs, President of Foot Locker US. “We are excited to bring the PUMA Lab Powered by Foot Locker to our customers in Philadelphia.”
For those that don’t quite remember Puma from earlier in the decade the Puma Lab in Philly marks a key moment in the brands direction as it comes full circle as a polished well rounded lifestyle and running brand.
