Here we are, yet again with another Nike inspired design from L.A. Gear. The official name of this shoe was the L.A. Gear Rim Rockers, it featured a forefoot power strap, polyurethane sockliner, soft NYLEX lining, notched achilles tendon pad, full grain leather upper, full board lasted, polyurethane motion control device, full length eva midsole, partial cupsole, forefoot pivot point and two color non marking abrasion resistant rubber outsole. It also looked very similar to the Nike Air Assault. With that said who wouldn’t have gladly taken a set of L.A. Gear Rim Rockers over the Nike Air Assault retro from a few years back?
