The BB4600 is just one of those shoes that defined 80’s athletic footwear. At one time it seemed like everyone was wearing these including yours truly. They weren’t a technical marvel but during the time these dropped Reebok was holding more weight than Nike because Reebok had a particular leather that Nike couldn’t quite match at that time (Reebok had a special treatment of the leather used on all their shoes making them very soft). Reebok retro’d these a few times but the shape, materials and size of the “Reebok” font on the side of the shoe has been altered.
