When word broke this shoe was going to retro a single tear ran down my cheek. Nike blessed myself and the rest of the sneaker community by re-releasing for the first time in (at that point) 19 years the Nike Tech Challenge II 3/4 in its original Hot Lava colorway. I owned these as a young’n and I have to say they are pretty dead on (you can check out the differences on this site if you go to the search and put in nike tech challenge ii original vs retro). You can go with your true to size on these but if your foot runs on the wide side, I would advise to go a half size up. Comfort wise they are OK, and the leather is pretty cheap, but the plastics are dead on. My hat goes off to Nike for this one, Agassi lovers rejoice as this is one for the books Good Job Nike.
